Our company, having adhered to the principle

3D type of wire meshes
for fencing.
The highest advantage
of this type of meshes are high endurance, easy to mount
by anybody, fast application, ready to use and cheap in
price when you compare with the total cost ( labour, accessories,
paint, time) of having fencing mesh.
Our company, is also offering our customers the fencing posts, other required mounting parts and accessories together with the meshes, all compiled in a package of:
Binding clips and post caps produced from highly durable plastic,
Steel screws and inserts for fixing the posts onto the pavements
The
3D
painted and bent fencing meshes, until they become finished products, go through different processes, First of all, plain surfaced wires of 4,5 mm. Drawn in compliance with the TS 4559 norm, being welded with 5 cm. x 15 cm. spacing (large enough but not to allow a foot to pass through) in computer controlled machines, then they are subjected to the bending process. Next process is to cleaning and galvanizing the surface of the meshes. Afterwards, the meshes are kiln treated at 200 °C and covered with minimum 60 microns of polyesther paint. With a long life span, having %90 glaze, durable to outside impacts and sun light they become ready for sale as fencing meshes.
The fencing posts used in fixing of the
3D
Painted and Bent Fencing Meshes are produced from box profile and are subjected to processes, same as for the bent fencing meshes. These fences can be applied on walls, concrete and soil bases.
The
3D
Painted and Bent Fencing meshes and posts (RAL 6005) of dark green colour are available in out stocks. Depending on the requirement, they can be produced without paint or in any other specified colour.

On the concrete surface, mark the holes (the base steel plates come with drilled holes) of the fencing posts with 2 m. intervals from one to another, and drill with a 14 mm. drill head. Place in the inserts into the holes. The fencing posts are then fixed into their places by using stainless steel screws and washers. Put on the plastic caps of the fencing posts. Then, attach and fasten the fencing meshes to the posts from the holes on the posts by using the plastic clips. With this easy mounting method, savings are made in time, labour and money.
